- Hit daily and weekly targets for dials and booked appointments
- Share prospect feedback with sales and marketing
Professional Skills
- 1 to 3 years of cold calling or telesales experience
- Fluent spoken English with a confident phone manner
- Resilience and a steady approach to rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
- Good listening skills and ability to think on your feet
