Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and build qualified prospect lists
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for senior team members
- Maintain accurate records of outreach in the CRM
- Learn RTC LEAGUE's products well enough to explain them clearly
- Support proposals, demos, and follow-ups alongside senior staff
Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and spoken English
- Curiosity about SaaS, AI, and communication technology
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, coachable, and organized
